Roger Parsons
I keep my pc time set to GMT although I am physically
located in the Eastern Time Zone. Qtel shows my time
to the server as GMT which is of course 4 or 5 hours
wrong. I really don't want to to change the pc time
setting for various reasons.

I have RTFM'd and can't find a solution! But perhaps I
have looked in the wrong place. It's not exactly
earth-shattering, but help would be appreciated.
